User's/Client's Obligations:

• To provide correct and complete information for booking.
• To adhere to the tour schedule and the instructions of the guide or representative.
• To behave appropriately in the visited spaces, respecting the cultural heritage and safety rules.

3. Financial Conditions and Cancellation

Prices are communicated individually for each itinerary. Specific payment, refund, and cancellation conditions will be detailed in the signed contract or offer. Unilateral modifications or cancellations by the client may be subject to fees, according to the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes to the program caused by factors beyond its control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, unexpected closure of monuments, force majeure events). The Operator's liability is limited to the value of the service paid for the respective tour, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
